I am not here to sell you on some miracle pill because there is no such thing as a diet program, weight loss program, or weight loss pill that will give you instant results.

I’ve tried a lot things before finally changing my eating habits. Yes, I did gain some results from not changing my diet program but I started seeing amazingly fast results once I finally started eating fat burning foods and started doing the best fat burning exercises possible…

Now, the rise in the number of fast food joints that have a lot of saturated fat in the meals, the use of a lot of refined sugar in sodas and other processed foods and eating food with less fiber have all contributed to the fact that there are more people than before who are classified as either overweight or are obese.

A lot of other factors cause this to happen such as genetics, overeating and as people age; the metabolism slows down making it harder than before to burn the food that was just consumed.

Sadly, rapid weight loss is not advisable since it leaves the person with lose skin and the only way to get rid of that would require surgery.

Weight loss, also, depends on the condition of the person which includes weight, health, calorie-intake, age, gender, lifestyle, stress level and routine.

So basically, we live in a world where there are several outside forces that keeps people from losing weight and/or staying lean…

Luckily, being overweight does not necessarily make a person unhealthy. It just makes the person a bit unfashionable. Studies have shown that people who are a bit overweight live longer than those who have normal weight.

Now, nutritionists and other health experts will say that a person’s weight with proper exercise can actually help lose a certain number of pounds per week. The best way to do this is with a low calorie diet and an exercise plan.

The first thing a person needs to do to lose fat is to choose a diet program designed by a dietitian or another health professional. The patient has to be evaluated before any weight loss program can be made. The program usually consists of an eating plan and an exercise program that does not require the use of supplements or one to purchase any expensive fitness equipment.

The best fat burning exercise plan should have cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase ones metabolism and burn belly fat.

A good fat burning diet should have food from all the food groups. This is made up by 2 things.

  • The first is carbohydrates. The food that a person consumes should have vitamins, minerals and fiber. A lot of this can come from oats, rice, potatoes and cereals. The best still come from vegetables and fruits since these have phytochemicals, enzymes and micronutrients that are essential for a healthy diet.
  • The second is fat which can come from mono and poly saturated food sources rather than animal fats. Since fat contains more than double the number of calories in food, this should be taken in small quantities to lose weight.

All diet plans are designed to reduce the amount of calories that are taken into the body. This does not mean that the person has to eat less. It just means that one has to eat smart by choosing the foods that have less calories. This makes it possible for someone to lose weight without the need to eat less.

During the course of the diet program, the person should still consult with the doctor and other health experts to monitor ones progress. There will be times that it is essential to modify the diet plan to further weight loss.

At the end, it is up to the individual to stick to any fat burning diet and/or exercise program.

Just remember that anyone can achieve what they want. All you need to do is decide if you truly want to burn calories and lose fat.

According to WebMD, more than 60% of Americans are either overweight or obese (classification determined by your body mass index (bmi)). With such a big population needing to lose weight, it is not surprising that you can go anywhere you want online and find the benefits of having a regular cardio workout. Doctors will even swear up and down that everyone should workout for half an hour to an hour, three to four times a week in order to keep fit.

I know my doctor would always tell me to lose weight. I would go in for something unrelated to my weight and all of a sudden my doctor would end the conversation about how to lose fat, my cholesterol levels,  and of course my blood pressure. How I need to get into a exercise routine and start eating healthier foods. I always got upset about how my doctor would make me feel by the end of our meeting. Yes, I was overweight, I didn’t take care of myself very much and I just didn’t like working out nor did I have the time.

It wasn’t until I was at the San Diego Zoo with my daughter that I realized just how out of shape I really was. I never realized how much walking there was and how many hills that zoo had. I felt like it was more of a place to workout at than to see animals. I definitely burned calories that day. Sadly we had to take a lot of breaks between exhibits and I was feeling pretty sore by the end of the day.

After the Zoo incident I decided it was time to get into a diet program or at the very least start exercising. I never realized how many different types of exercise programs there were until Patricia and I started looking for a weight loss program for me to get into. Several claimed to have the best fat burning exercise, the best way to lose fat, or promised some kind of miracle pill or food.  It’s annoying how many different diet programs the diet industry tries to shove down our throats.

Anyways, I wanted to share a video that shares the benefits of losing weight. Some of it seems over-rated information but it’s one of the better ones that I could get together for everyone to see.

To all those looking to lose weight, I am here to tell you that I have found the best fat burning exercise and fat burning foods that has worked for me and several of my friends. Before I tell you though I want you to know that I am no celebrity, fitness fanatic, a person that has tons of money for a personal trainer or expensive exercise programs. I am just a single mother who stumbled upon a weight loss program that has worked miracles for and those I’ve recommended it to. Better than any other fat burning exercises being sold by paid actors or diet programs made to sell their difficult to swallow food.

Now, a sad truth, is that many “skinny” people think people get overweight because they’re just too lazy to exercise. Skinny people believe that us overweight people just love to eat and eat and don’t care whatsoever about how we look. This is not true at all. Many people gain extra weight because of life and not because of laziness.

Life can be stressful. I myself have a full time job, a daughter to take care of, and no one to help me. All of this and more can take time from anyone’s day. It’s no wonder that people gain weight.  — Who really wants to come home after a full day of work, make dinner, put the kids to sleep, and then go do workout exercises? Not me… and it’s not because I’m lazy but instead because I only have so much energy by the end of the day.

That is why I am amazed that this weight loss program did not take very much time of my day and introduced me to a fat burning workout that allowed me to lose fat fast.
