After checking out several different fat burning workouts I have found a simple idea that almost every work out relied on. I’ll tell you one thing for sure: it’s not increasing the amount of time you spend on your exercise routine or going to the gym more often.

It’s been a while since my last post, so I wanted to update everyone on how I’m doing. Now, with the Fat Burning Furnace I was able to get a great body but I like mixing things up.

Every now and then I look through Youtube.com to find the best fat burning exercises that I can include in my life.

I found the cardio exercise video below about a month ago and it has been working out great for me. Personally, I believe that any fat burning diet needs some variey from time to time and this is a great workout that you can include today.

Now, this great cardio exercise routine is great at the gym but also anywhere else. True, it’s hard to keep a certain pace but it’s definitely easy to tell the difference between a sprint and a fast pace.

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."- ConfuciusIt would be unrealistic for someone to start a exercise program the very next day. While it would be amazing, it would be like deciding to start sky diving on your own without any prior experience. I didn’t start my diet program by doing a half hour of cardio the day I decided it was time to lose weight. I didn’t even do fifteen minutes. No…I took baby steps before starting any kind of cardio workout.

The first week I may have only done 5 or 10 minutes of fitness exercise which simply included doing a few crunches and just walking around my block once. That was all for a while. Every week or so I would increase the time slightly but even then I did not have a regular workout or exercise routine. My goal was just to start burning calories somehow.

During this time I also began to change my eating habits slowly. My goal was to lose fat so I started buying more fruits and vegetables for my daughter and I to eat. My daughter, Patricia, would even start looking up different healthy recipes online we could make together for lunch and dinner. Cooking together started as a weekly thing at the beginning but it soon started to be a daily routine for us.

Patricia greatly supported me in my effort to get into a weight loss program. She would research the main ones and I would give them a try. Unfortunately, a lot of the diet programs that I joined were short lived because of cost or the time they took from home and work.

It wasn’t until Patricia found my current weight loss program that I’ve been able to make use of fat burning exercises and even fat burning foods. The best part was that my new exercise routines only take 15 to 30 minutes of my time and I only do it 3 to 4 times a week. It has been an amazing time for me and Patricia because now I am more active with her. We now go ice skating, jogging, yoga classes, hiking, and even biking. I just think it’s amazing that by wanting to lose weight I was able to also to get closer to my daughter.

Here I would like to share 10 quick ideas that can get anyone started towards a exercise routine.

  1. Mow the lawn
  2. Go for a walk at a nearby park or just around your neighborhood
  3. Take the stairs instead of an elevator
  4. Bike to work, to run errands, or visit friends
  5. Clean out the garage or the attic
  6. Walk with a friend over the lunch hour or just during a break
  7. Walk your dog or borrow a neighbor’s dog
  8. Sign up for a group exercise class
  9. Avoid remote controls
  10. Park at the farthest end of the lot
